ARMADILLO at MOC2026 in Brussels

ARMADILLO research was presented at the 31st Microoptics Conference (MOC2026), held in Brussels, Belgium, from 27–30 September 2026.

Anastasios Dimitriou presented the poster titled “Rapid Detection of GBL/GHB on Au-Deposited Boehmite Surfaces Based on the Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Technique.”

The work explores the use of Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) for the rapid detection of GBL/GHB, contributing to ongoing research into innovative and sensitive detection approaches.

The poster was co-authored by Anastasios Dimitriou, Stephen Richardson, Flora Kalogeropoulou, Anastasia Kanioura, Nikolaos Papanikolaou, Sotiris Kakabakos and Panagiota Petrou.

Participation in MOC2026 offered an important opportunity to share ARMADILLO with the international micro-optics community and exchange knowledge on emerging sensing and detection technologies.
